Working on Fire was born from a necessity to protect some of the world’s most fire-prone landscapes. Formed by the shareholders of Kishugu—a leader with decades of experience in South Africa—the organization has grown into a global powerhouse in Integrated Land and Fire Management.
With active operations in Australia, Brazil, Chile, and South Africa, Working on Fire USA brings this vast repository of global “best practices” to the United States. We combine international resource capacity with deep local expertise to solve the complex fire challenges of the 21st century.
